Turnaround Times
Our production times are calculated in working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Turnaround starts once we have received full payment and approved, print-ready bottleneck hanger artwork before 10:00am. Orders confirmed after this time will normally enter production on the next working day.
Any turnaround quoted is an estimated production timescale rather than a guaranteed completion date. Order quantity, hanger size, material, finishing requirements, courier availability and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect production or delivery.
We always aim to manufacture and dispatch your bottleneck hangers as quickly as possible while maintaining the required print and finishing quality.
Postage
Free delivery is available on bottleneck hanger orders sent to mainland England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands using our chosen courier service.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland or the Isle of Wight can be arranged by telephone. At present, online orders cannot be accepted for destinations outside mainland UK.
Please allow enough time for both production and courier delivery when planning your campaign. Busy periods, severe weather and transport disruption can sometimes cause delays, so we recommend contacting us before ordering if your promotion has a fixed launch or distribution date.
