Paper Materials
We have a wide range of paper stocks available for your customisable bottleneck hangers. Our best-selling material is our silk series, available in weights ranging from 170gsm to 400gsm, this gives a smooth, soft finish to your printed bottleneck hanger.
For our eco-friendly businesses, we offer our popular 100% recycled stock or brown Kraft stock. Both created to promote your environmental commitments while offering a rustic, natural look. Available in weights ranging from 170gsm – 350gsm.
Paper Orientations
Choose between landscape or portrait orientation. Create your personalised professional business cards just the way you want them: whether that be short-edge, or long-edge.
Printed Colour Options
Printed with high-quality UV inks, available printed in the following colour options: 4 (full) colour CMYK, 5 colour (4 colour CMYK + 1 pantone colour), 6 colour (4 colour CMYK + 2 pantone colours), pantone colours (up to 5) or black throughout.
Finishing Options
Using our specialised machinery, we are able to die-cut your bottleneck hangers to any shape.

Velvet-like lamination which adds a soft & luxurious feel to your scratch cards.
Spot UV
With spot UV varnish, you can add a sleek, highly reflective finish to text, graphics & other key design elements.
Please note: orders with premium finishes will include additional setup fees of £25 for lamination, £50 for foil stamping and £100 for spot UV.
Variable Data
Need to customise each individual hanger, tag or collar in your print run?
With variable data printing, you can print unique text, QR codes, numbering, address or contact details, images and other content across your entire order – at no extra cost.
Simply send us your base design, a list of your variations and the desired quantities for each variation, and leave the rest to us!
